Transitions of Love
How It All Began
In 2020, Cherry and Sherry launched CHeriSH Times Two with one small but mighty project: Transitions of Love. They remembered how receiving a laptop at age 18 had changed their future, allowing them to pursue college, access resources, and join the 3% of foster youth who achieve a degree. This project has already made a significant impact, enabling numerous young people to pursue higher education and break the cycle of foster care. They wanted to ensure that other young people aging out of foster care could have the same opportunity.

Growing Impact
What started with giving out laptops soon became much more. As we connected with more young people, we saw they needed more than just technology; they needed support for everyday life. That’s how the Transition of Love and Holidays of Hope Initiative began.
Through CHeriSH Times Two, we've provided laptops for school and work, dorm and apartment essentials for young adults starting out, holiday meals for group homes, and seasonal kits to make sure every child feels remembered. It’s all about showing love in practical ways, every step of the way.
